This role also includes some shared office management duties. Responsibilities Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, orientations, and exit interviews. Manage full life cycle recruitment for various positions. Assist with benefits administration and process monthly insurance billings. Maintain HR database, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Monitor compliance with mandatory firm-wide trainings. Respond to reference checks, employment verifications, and unemployment claims. Communicate HR programs clearly and maintain confidentiality. Assist HR Director with special projects and perform office management duties. Requirements: College degree preferred or 1-2 years in an HR-related position.
