DIRECT HIRE:A fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist within the Construction industry. As a vital member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the workforce and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to navigate the unique challenges associated with the construction industry. You will work collaboratively with management and employees to ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives while promoting employee engagement and professional development.
