Join us and be part of something transformative!POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experienceManage employee data in HRIS systems with accuracy and timelinessProcess bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll with precisionAdminister employee benefits programs and support annual enrollment processesManage leave of absence requests and track employee eligibilityRespond to employee inquiries and provide first-line HR supportMaintain confidential HR files and records in compliance with regulationsContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and proceduresDESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindsetProficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, and aptitude for learning new technologiesKnowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment lawsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAdaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing organizationPreferredExperience in the healthcare industryPHR certification or progress towards certificationExperience with high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizationsHarbor Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
