Job Description :

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **HR Generalist** to to join our clients growing team in Middletown, PA. This position will provide support to the HR Department on a variety of projects, including benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, and safety programs. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR operations (not recruiting)

+ Strong understanding of internal processes and HR laws

+ Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**

+ **Employee Relations:** Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a harmonious work environment.

+ **Onboarding:** Streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

+ **Training and Development:** Provide job coaching and training to support employee growth and development.

+ **HR Administration:** Maintain accurate employee records, including creating and managing employee files.

+ **Systems Proficiency:** Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have experience with Oracle and WorkDay (highly preferred).

+ **Labor Union Experience:** Possess experience working with labor unions (highly preferred).

+ **Project Support:** Assist the HR Department with various projects related to benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, safety programs, and more.

+ **Direct Support:** Provide direct support to the HR Director.

**Pay Details:** $28.50 per hour
