The position assists with and facilitates the HR processes including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS management. Work requires the exercise of initiative and judgment in carrying out general responsibilities and assignments. Performs customer service functions for both internal and external calls by answering telephone calls, employee questions and directs phone calls and/or takes messages.This opportunity provides the following:

Qualifications GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
- Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and knowledge of office management.
- Ability to organize clerical work, attention to detail and maintain effective systems to support the Human Resources Department.
- Ability to learn HRIS systems and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Graduation from a standard high school supported by college-level training in a secretarial science, human resources or business is preferred.
- A minimum of three years experience in HR work.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or Business Administration, preferred.
