Job Description :
The Human Resources Generalist supports the HR department and employees by providing a wide range of human resources services. Under the direction of the HR Director, this role is responsible for assisting employees with benefits, maintaining data integrity and employee records, and participating in HR initiatives. The HR Generalist plays a key role in onboarding, new hire orientation, employee coaching, and counseling. Additional responsibilities include supporting policy and procedure reviews, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards, and handling special projects. The HR Generalist will uphold HR policies and procedures and manage the employee termination process. Additionally, the HR Generalist will be involved in employee engagement and satisfaction: recognition days/weeks, surveys, special events all to include assisting with event planning, décor and execute/managing the event.
  • 1-3 years experience in business administration and/or human resources is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
  • Must be familiar with and know how to use Google Workspace, such as: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, etc.
