HR Generalist - Illinois Tool Works : Job Details

Job Description:Responsible to provide day-to-day professional HR support and policy adminstration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle (e.g. hiring, training, employee relations). Provides technical expertise, reporting & analytical support and may be responsible for Legal compliance / Employment Law (e.g. annual Affirmative Action Plan). Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 in an HR support role. This is an entry level professional, front line advisory HR position.
