Our client, **Omaha NE,** is seeking an **HR Generalist** to join their team. As an **HR Generalist** you play a critical role in managing human resources functions, including recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, great customer relations and extremely organized which will align successfully in the organization.**Job Title: HR Generalist****Location: Omaha NE****Pay Range: 26.44 to 31.25/hr DOE****What's the Job?**+ **Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, background checks, I9's and facilitating new hire orientation.**+ Serve as a point of contact for employee questions or issues regarding HR policies, workplace conflicts, or other employee concerns.+ Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including performance reviews, attendance, and more in a timely manner.+ **Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, such as FMLA, ADA, and EEO.****What's Needed?**+ **Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.**+ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.+ **2-5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally as an HR Generalist or in a similar position.**+ Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.**What's in it for me?**+ **Pay Rate: 26.44 - 31.25/hr.
