Full Time HR Generalist - Troy, MI (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office)

$60,000 per year

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our clients team in Troy, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position will be responsible for contributing to a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new employees and orient them to the company culture
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Support payroll administration and ensure that employees are paid on time and accurately
• Resolve employee relations issues
• Maintain employee records and files
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Recruit and hire new employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or relative experience
• 2-5 years of experience in HR generalist or related role
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Experience in Leave of Absence Management
• Understanding of Multi-state compliance laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
