Human Resource Generalist supports the Human Resource Director in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, the development implementation, maintenance and monitoring of 6 major areas: Employee Relations, Payroll administration, Safety program, Employee health and welfare benefits, local, state and federal reporting. Pay:$20 hr Hours: M-F 8 am-4:30 pm JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum education X? Bachelors Degree of Related Field Required Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Previous Experience Required (2 years in an office setting, preferably Human Resources.) Ability to handle a multiline phone system, good customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to work as a team in a busy Human Resources office required.
