HR Generalist - Crystal Clean Automotive Detailing : Job Details

Location: Crystal Clean Wyoming, MIJob Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday

• HR Operations: Develop and implement HR forms and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Talent Acquisition: Own the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, address workplace concerns, and support employee retention efforts.
• Policy & Compliance: Assist the HR Director in ensuring compliance with employment laws, audits, and policy updates.
• Benefits & Compensation: Lead open enrollment, assist employees with benefits questions, and manage benefits administration.
• HR Systems & Technology: Utilize HRIS and other digital tools to streamline HR processes and data management.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that create an equitable and welcoming workplace for all employees.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
