These duties require a high degree of confidentiality and, which is critical for optimizing the work done in the Human Resources Department. Essential Functions:
  • Provides support and assistance to the Human Resources Leadership team and staff by performing various clerical, administrative, delegated responsibilities and projects.
  • Responds to calls and visits from employees, leaders, and others and determines the urgency of the situation and directs information to appropriate person.
  • Assists HR personnel with front-desk coverage.
  • Composes correspondence, memos, meeting minutes and reports, as instructed.
  • Assists Human Resources Leadership with meeting preparation, including scheduling meeting rooms, organizing room set-up and ensuring participants have an agenda and all necessary materials.
  • Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team both inter- and intra-departmentally to facilitate the department's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
  • Works with a team of HR professionals on upcoming Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) projects within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), to include discovery, testing and implementations.
  • Performs payroll, benefits, and personnel related data entry and utilizes a variety of Human Resource Information Systems.
