Your new company

Our client is a global and well-known organization, that is growing in the US, and they are seeking an HR Manager to be based in Austin, Texas, to run the HR function for a small employee group, which will expand over the next year.

Your new role

You will work with US leadership to cover the full spectrum of HR including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, HR policies, and administration. You will have at least 7 years of solid HR experience within both international larger as well as smaller organizations, and have worked in a hands-on capacity, looking after all areas of HR. Your excellent communication, negotiation, influential, organizational and prioritization skills will be key to the success of this role, as well as your ability to work autonomously and proactively. Bilingual English / Chinese would be a bonus as there will liaison with one of the headquarters in China.
