Human Resources Manager

As the HR Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact in a growing company and, over time, build and lead your own HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day employee relations for a workforce of 70-90 employees
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
• Manage FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and other HR programs
• Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientations
• Assist with recruitment by conducting phone interviews
• Stay updated on NJ HR laws and regulations

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of NJ labor laws
• Experience in employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Leadership potential to build and manage a team in the future
