HR Manager/HRBP Location: Springfield, MA Pay: $95K-$110K + relocation packagae and $5K sign-on-bonus Schedule: Monday through Friday Our client is an $18B global company. They seek an HR Manager/HRBP for a manufacturing plant located in Springfield, MA. Are you an HR leader with experience in a unionized manufacturing environment? • Manage, direct and coordinate the policies and programs in areas such as: labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, safety and health, benefits and employee services.
• Manage the recruitment, employee development, and retention of employees
• Partner with stakeholders; analyze and prepare reports, presentations, and communications to collaborate, develop, and present solutions for strategic initiatives, including staffing and turnover.
• Facilitate workplace investigations or other inquiries.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2+ years of experience in leadership role
• Experience in unionized manufacturing environment
