About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can drive recruitment, enhance employee relations, and oversee comprehensive training and development programs. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Partner with department managers to manage employee performance and facilitate talent development.

2.Employee Relations and Welfare:

  • Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement employee welfare programs to improve job satisfaction and employee loyalty.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by overseeing the implementation of the employee handbook.

3.Training and Development:

  • Assess and create employee training and development programs aligned with business objectives and individual career goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external training resources to ensure effective and efficient learning experiences.

4.Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Administer the company's compensation system to maintain fairness, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee employee benefit plans, including health insurance and retirement funds, to ensure they meet employee needs.

5.Compliance Management:

  • Monitor and interpret human resources regulations and policies to ensure company compliance.
  • Work closely with the legal department to address any legal issues related to human resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, training, and compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and best practices with a proven track record in compliance management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of responsibility and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, human resources management systems, and other relevant software. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus.
