Soni Pro is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our company based in Dallas, TX. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
• Experience with ADP, Workday, or other HR software

Preferred Skills:

• Master's Degree is a bonus
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Experience handling employee investigations

Compensation: $22 - $25/HourSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
