Position: HR Manager Schedule: 3 days/week on-site & 2 days/week remote Freelance with potential for full-time $35-40/HR PAY OVERVIEW: This individual will be managing our HRIS systems while enhancing the employee/manager experience. They will support HR system management, HR projects, and the day-to-day operational tasks while providing quality service to our internal clients. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES BENEFITS • Convert and maintain complete electronic employee personnel files, records, and other documentation for employees. • Respond to unemployment claims in a timely manner. • Administer all employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations. • Coordinate and conduct the new employee onboarding process and presents benefit presentations. • Facilitate annual open enrollment period. • Plan, conduct, and report results of audits to ensure all enrollments are accurate and that dependent information is correct for each employee. Work closely with accounting for quarterly and year-end audits HRIS • Provide Workday functional expertise to configure and maintain Workday core functionality. • Implement and deploy technical and functional solutions related to new functionality; includes project management, gathering requirements, user acceptance testing and documentation. • Prepare reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance management and demographic data. • Ability to design, create and maintain dashboards and reports, including calculated fields when necessary. • Collaborate with HR department and other stakeholders to understand current processes and provide creative solutions and improvements. • Provide support and assist in researching and resolving issues in a timely manner within Workday. • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data to review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input. REPORTING • Maintain accurate monthly headcount records across different zones ensuring data integrity. • Generate required HR reports serving business needs while working towards streamlining reporting processes through automation where possible. • Responsible for managing and compiling all compensation metrics, financial reporting, and HR KPIs. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related, preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources required with an emphasis in HRIS, Benefits and or Compensation • Familiar with Federal and State Labor laws and requirements • Experience with ADP, Workday HRIS systems required • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), required • Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving skills • Service-oriented team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently • Strong project management skills from inception to execution • Collaborative with excellent written and oral presentation skills • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
