The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, along with proven experience managing a multi-location employee base. As our HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the greater global HR team to implement HR strategies that align with and support the organization's goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a pragmatic and hands-on professional to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic team.Key experience will include

• Oversee HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, payroll, and records.
• Coach and support managers and employees on policies, performance, investigations, and workplace accommodations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with the Group HR strategy.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and HRIS systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all HR laws and regulations.

About YouReporting to the CHRO you will bring a strong understanding of HR principles, U.S. employment laws, and regulations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and solve problems with creativity and precision will set you apart in this role.Key attributes for success include exceptional mentoring skills, a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, and the ability to influence and coach team members at all levels.
