This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional to either lead or significantly contribute to our human resources operations. This role provides a pathway to leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.*Key Responsibilities:* * Lead or assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives. * Oversee or contribute to HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. * Manage or support a comprehensive HR program, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. * Lead or assist in payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. * Spearhead or participate in initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment and enhance employee retention. * Collaborate with senior management to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. * Handle or assist in managing employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and provide guidance *What you bring:* * 5 plus years of HR experience for Senior HR Associates; 5+ years for HR Manager candidates, preferably in the manufacturing in specialty goods, food and beverage or consumer products. * *Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.* * Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in payroll management. * Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in* English and Spanish.* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.*Career Path Opportunities:* * Significant growth potential within the company, with opportunities to transition from Senior HR Associate to HR Manager based on performance and business needs.MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
