Job Description Requirements We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment regulations while enhancing company culture and employee engagement. This position plays a key role in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, training, and performance management. Job Summary: The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a productive and positive workplace. This role is responsible for overseeing policies, employee relations, benefits administration, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll functions in coordination with finance and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, safety, and leadership development.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation of personnel files.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance and support OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a industrial or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
