How You Will Make a Difference As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a HR Onboarding Coordinator who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The HR Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues at VitalCaring Group. In this role, you will supports the human resources department by coordinating and executing the onboarding process to ensure all new hires are properly equipped and prepared for success. As the HR Onboarding Coordinator, you will: • Oversee the onboarding process from offer acceptance to the first day of employment • Facilitate the Virtual General Orientation (VGO) with the other HR team members and distribute welcome materials, training materials, etc. • Collect, verify, and process preemployment requirements such as background checks and documentation needed for audit purposes • Ensure all required new hire documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state and agency regulations • Execute and maintain the Onboarding Experience program and see it through to completion • Train management team and assist with I-9 inquiries • Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records in HR systems • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process • Coordinate with hiring managers and IT to ensure new hires have access to necessary tools, training, and resources, if necessary • Evaluate and suggest ways to enhance the onboarding process to improve new hire experience • Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement best practices and streamline processes Skills for Success • Proactive problem solving, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in HR software, UKG and HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase), as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and other relevant tools strongly preferred • Solution-driven, execution-oriented and responds with urgency • Enthusiastic about being accountable for delivering measurable results within agreed timelines Compensation/Earning Potential We offer team members the opportunity to build a positive future and to find the best and last job they will ever have.
