Responsible for developing and maintaining HR reporting, analyzing HR system information and incentive data, evaluating existing HR processes and developing new solutions to improve efficiency across the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manipulate large data sets for various reporting to Stellantis Global divisions.
- Assist with activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales compensation and incentive programs, plans, policies, and quotas.
- Develop knowledge of sales and compensation concepts and validates commission submissions for quarterly payments.
- Primary contact to review and document incentive plans document and gain vast knowledge of calculations and eligibility.
- Ensure incentive programs follow set guidelines, are objective and measurable.
- Assist with annual bonus accrual, calculations, and eligibility for final submission to Stellantis.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for key stakeholders.
- Analyze various HR Metrices including turnover, retention, employee engagement surveys, expenses management, etc.
- Assist with Stellantis social responsibility reporting, Stellantis survey data reporting, and other ad hoc reports requested from global HR.
- Create and run reports monthly for Stellantis.
- Ensure information is accurate in all HR systems including those that interface with global HR.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as requested by HR leadership team.

- Minimum 3-5 years HR analytics role
- Proven experience working in HR operations or similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
