This position will focus on executing all teammate transactions surrounding onboarding, promotions, transfers and offboarding within our HR system. They will work collaboratively with global HR and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, data quality and integrity.Responsibilities* Administer the full North America onboarding process to ensure best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires. Administer new hire onboarding packets and new hire records within HRIS system.* Support Managers in creation and finalization of new hire onboarding schedules.* Conduct virtual or coordinate on-site I-9 documentation validation for new hires.* Administer new hire onboarding tasks within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool following up with task owners, to ensure timely completion and provide guidance and answering questions.* Provide support on best practice processes for global onboarding with regional partners.* Update teammate data in the HR system of record for promotions, job changes/transfers and terminations.* Respond to HR Cases (questions, concerns, report requests) from teammates using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, adhering to internal KPIs and SLAs. Escalate trends or broader issues for review and resolution.* Collaborate with all HR functional areas (Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning & Development & HR Culture Programs) on HRIS data updates, questions, concerns, or reporting needs.* Assist with the maintenance of HR data integrity by performing regular data audits.* Assist with offboarding, and other teammate lifecycle events that take place in the HR system.* Assist with creating, running and reviewing reports for data audits.* Support M&A Activity including large data imports and/or gathering of new hire paperwork.* Create and update Standard Operating Procedures, Process Documents and Knowledge Articles.* Assist with creating and updating training materials related to HR systems.* Performs other duties as assigned* Complies with all policies and standardsQualificationsEducation Qualifications* Associate's Degree (Required) or* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)Experience Qualifications* 1+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience in fast paced, growth organization (required) and* 1+ years prior global experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities* MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Medium)* Ability to prioritize and balance high volume (High)* Detail oriented and ability to understand, review and process data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality (High)* Ability to balance being a proven teammate and working independently (Medium)* Ability to present and deliver material concisely (Medium)* Ability to present a system-minded approach, learning the inter-relationship of multiple systems and data (Low)* Desire to help others (High)* Focus on continuous improvement (Medium)What AIT Can Offer YouIn addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
