• Engage Axxessians to drive a high-performance culture through cross-team collaboration.
• Build credible and trusting relationships with employees to help facilitate effective employee relations
• Embrace and encourage innovation, creativity and problem-solving
• Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
• Empower the sharing of ideas through a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Create employment branding across all social media channels
• Provide employees and leaders with an available first point of contact for questions on HR topics and issues

What you bring...

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources required
• General knowledge and understanding of Human Resource disciplines
• Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment preferred
• Demonstrate ability to identify, research and implement priorities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Experience working with ADP Workforce Now a plus
