- Engage Axxessians to drive a high-performance culture through cross-team collaboration.
- Build credible and trusting relationships with employees to help facilitate effective employee relations

- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience

- Provide employees and leaders with an available first point of contact for questions on HR topics and issues
What you bring...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources required
- General knowledge and understanding of Human Resource disciplines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment preferred
- Demonstrate ability to identify, research and implement priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now a plus
