Data Compliance & Integrity: Analyze data integrity, and take corrective actions in collaboration with the Associate Director, Workforce Planning. Workday Management: Responsible for managing all data changes for employees within Workday. Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions and requests related to processes and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Employee experience: Utilize Workday Help (HR ticketing system) to record and document all employee related requests coming into ESC. Managing onboarding/offboarding process for new joiners/leavers. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring system support and that SLAs are consistently met. Manage vendor contracts and agreements to ensure relevance and regular updates. SOP Management: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes are up to date, working closely with the Portfolio Manager. . The Successful Applicant.
