HR Recruiter x2 Needed!LHH has a client in Plano, TX who needs x2 HR Recruiters on a 12 month contract opportunity!This is a great chance to get your foot in the door with a very well-known brand to advance your career!Job Description:Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of attracting, engaging and retaining great talent.We provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring teams, and we have fun along the way.Our culture and people are integral to our growth and success.Were looking for team members with a knack for finding the best of the best join us and find out how you can help change the way our millions of customers are interacting with their money.Our Client is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Recruiting Team.This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for our client.In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.Roles and Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Clients talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.Source stellar candidates.Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)Consult with hiring managers on their talent needsBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting OR 2 years of experience in Human Resources OR 2 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the threePreferred Qualifications:Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificationAt least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting full life cycle, research, and sourcingAt least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teamsAbility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talentExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringTitle:HR Recruiter x2Location:Hybrid. Plano, TX (Onsite.
