Job Description :
The Human Resources Regional Business Partner runs the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department for three USOP affiliated clinics located in North Mississippi and North Alabama. The role is expected to be in the practices at a minimum of three days a week or more.The role will require an estimated 60% of annual travel, depending upon where the candidate resides. The job duties listed in this job description may not be inclusive of all requirements of this position. Other duties may be assigned by the CHRO.Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Own UKG accuracy, terms, new hires, promotions, transfers, etc.
  • Employee Issues (corrective action, PIP)
  • Educating/informing local management of HR goals/alignment
  • Employee Engagement
  • Recruit, interview, onboard all hires
  • Offboard
  • Execution of benefit enrollment, performance reviews
  • General day to day questions
  • Federal and state posting requirements
  • Assist clinic CEOs with various tasks and reports as needed
  • Assist with the submission of the company payroll
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disputes, investigations, performance, productivity, recognition, wellness, etc.)
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, past or present employees, and referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attend and participate in performance evaluation annual planning
  • Order office supplies weekly and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Oversee student programs
  • Coordinate and supervise student employees and student shadows in the facility.

  • Proficient in HRIS system knowledge.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least two years of human resource management experience required
  • SHRM-CP, preferred
