Description
- In this role, you will provide support for the HRIS team in configuring and maintaining functionality in our HR platforms
- This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to strategically align solutions
- Provide statistical support to the HRIS team to support Data cleansing and definition
- Develop analytical reports, conduct data analysis, perform information synthesis, and summarize results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide them with recommendations based on the results
- Understand the business applications and apply the best techniques to improve organizational data structure
- Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance
- Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and system guidelines
- Help conduct training sessions or workshops on People Transaction use
- Support data management with an emphasis on transitioning to Oracle Cloud solution
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems (or the equivalent HRIS business experience)
- Advanced in excel - System savvy, will have to take an Excel test
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function
- General Human Resources knowledge
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical, design, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- (Plus) Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite
