  • Employee Engagement and Relations:
    • Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
    • Serve as point of contact for employee relations concerns
    • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
    • In partnership with Employee Relations COE and HR Business Partner, provide guidance, support, and resolution for employees and managers
  • Accommodations:
    • Responsible for receiving, tracking and responding to all reasonable accommodation requests
    • Work collaboratively with managers and associates to ensure best solution for accommodations requests
  • Policy Coordination and Documentation:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes focused on preventative data analytics provided monthly in the form of dashboards, reports, charts for distribution
  • Training and Development:
    • Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs focused on employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
    • Performs audits in accordance with standard work and labor requirements
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations required; manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of IDT and Danaher associates
