In this role, you will have an opportunity to:- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Serve as point of contact for employee relations concerns
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- In partnership with Employee Relations COE and HR Business Partner, provide guidance, support, and resolution for employees and managers
- Accommodations:
- Responsible for receiving, tracking and responding to all reasonable accommodation requests
- Work collaboratively with managers and associates to ensure best solution for accommodations requests
- Policy Coordination and Documentation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes focused on preventative data analytics provided monthly in the form of dashboards, reports, charts for distribution
- Training and Development:
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs focused on employee relations and conflict resolution
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Performs audits in accordance with standard work and labor requirements
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations required; manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of IDT and Danaher associates
