HR Specialist, Fairport - Corning : Job Details

Fairport HR is responsible for 358 manufacturing personnel another 60 DE other support staff roughly adding up to ~425. #2 HR person of an HR team of 2 (Manager and this Specialist role). Provide additional HR support to standing HRM for sheer volume of employee relations matters, leaves of absences, hiring challenges, and staffing (all primarily for hourly and contingent labor).
