Job Summary
The HR Specialist will provide support in functional areas of the facility's Human Resources department, which includes recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training, occupational health, safety, and security. The HR Specialist acts as an advisor, coach, and guide in all aspects of the employment life cycle.
