Objective :The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using various software applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Responsibilities:Schedule drug screens/background checks and submit IT requests.Assist with onboarding new hires.Schedule interviews, aid in the interview and selection process, and file necessary documents.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Collaborate with other HR team members as needed.Requirements :High school diploma or GED.Associates degree and HR certification preferred.Experience in recruiting/onboarding, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to meet the needs of the organization.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.Willingness to conduct interviews, preferably in person.#M1System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
