Apply today!Job Details This is a hybrid role based in Tbilisi, GeorgiaThe HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the HR Director for the CEE Region by managing various HR-relatedprocesses and ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation. Key responsibilities include overseeing new starters and leavers, maintaining employee HR records, identifying training needs, and administrating learning and development activities. To perform these duties most efficiently and complete all formalities, the HR Administration Specialist should be fluent in Georgian. Additionally, the HR Admin Specialist will handle personnel queries, manage ad hoc HR projects, interface with the Finance department, and oversee office management and facilities. This role ensures a healthy, safe, and secure working environment, upholds confidentiality and data protection standards, and represents the company's culture and values on-site in Georgia.Main tasks:
  • Manage new starters and leavers process, e.g. sending contracts of employment, completing induction, manage correspondence in relation to changes of employee terms and conditions of employment across the employee lifecycle in local language
  • Ensure the company meets all local legal requirements and maintains a healthy, safe, and secure working environment through compliance with current health and safety legislation/ requirements
  • Create and maintain employee HR records in the manual filing system and in the computerised HR Database.
  • Identify HR related training needs and provide/arrange training as required; administrate learning and development activities
  • Participation in the implementation of internal regulations
  • Archiving employee records in accordance with company standard operating procedures
  • Support the functionality and use of the Workday system by resolving tickets
  • Work independently and with leadership to prioritize tasks, interpret information, and apply decision making skills to involve the necessary resources and contacts to address the issues
Critical qualifications, experience, 'know-how' and skills
  • Significant experience in Human Resources .
  • General knowledge of Labor Law and regulations in the field of Social Insurance.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent verbal and writing Georgian language.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Understanding of confidentiality issues including data protection.

  • Capability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid role, requirement to be present in the office at least 3 days per week
