Role Overview:The Senior HR Strategy Associate is a key contributor to the Human Resources department, directly reporting to the Chief of Staff to support strategic planning and broad HR initiatives. This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, strategic and tactical thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of HR's objectives. The position will collaborate closely with HR leadership, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Communications, Finance, and Technology to align HR strategic goals with daily operations and drive HR initiatives.
What You'll Do:Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $77,500-$132,500
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
