Being eager to learn new processes and possessing top-notch organizational skills are assets of viable candidates for this role. This entry level position serves as Workers' Compensation coordinator and will be the initial point of contact for the LNMTC HR department by providing primary HR support duties to include OSHA reporting, submitting KRONOS tickets, processing HR actions, processing invoices, employee database maintenance/reporting and file management of the HR file room. The position assists in special projects as assigned by the HR Manager. This position will be cross trained in various areas of HR and may serve as back up as needed. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Associate's degree, typically in Human Resources from an appropriately accredited institution or relevant field and no years of experience required; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
