Description

  • Collaborate with plant leadership to design and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and restructuring efforts to address organizational needs and future growth.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, offering guidance on coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement by creating initiatives that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to maintain consistent policies and processes that align with company values and operational goals.

Profile

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a strategic business partner role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in employment law, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels and influence decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
