Job Title: HRIS Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Manager with expertise in Workday to lead the development, optimization, and management of our Human Resources Information System. This role will oversee system configurations, support HR operations, ensure data accuracy, and drive system enhancements to align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic vision, and leadership skills to guide the HRIS team in maximizing Workday's potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Workday modules, ensuring data accuracy and system security through audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, design solutions, and lead system upgrades or new implementations.
- Supervise the HRIS team, provide Workday best practice guidance, and act as the liaison between HR and IT.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.
- Address and resolve Tier 2/3 Workday issues while delivering user training for system updates.
- Plan and execute system updates, ensuring smooth adoption of new features.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing Workday HCM with hands-on configuration experience.
- Managerial experience, leading the strategy and roadmap of the Workday system
