In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, designs new HCM Cloud business processes, addresses risks and issues, and collaborates with the Change Management team. Supports testing by identifying relevant test scenarios, assisting with test data, and ensuring the completion of end-to-end tests. Coordinates with third-party vendors, overseeing data migration, and managing data mapping activities will be essential, alongside continuous collaboration with Data, Integrations, Reports, Security, and Change workstreams.The HRIS Project Management Specialist also acts as a Training Specialist for HCM, developing a curriculum based on identified needs, collaborates with Parkview process leads to refine it, and creates training materials such as courseware, job aids, and quick reference guides. Works closely with interdisciplinary team to gather content and develop training scripts. Handles administrative tasks, including scheduling, sending invitations, and tracking attendance and completion metrics.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.PMP or Agile certification preferred.Proven experience with HRIS platforms, especially Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.Experience in leading and supporting change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new HRIS technologies and processes within the organization.Experience in aligning HR technology solutions with business strategies.Experience with HCM Cloud systems or training development is preferred.
