HRIS Workday Analyst - Adalta Global : Job Details

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for HR systems? Our client located in Illinois are seeking an HRIS Workday Analyst to take charge of optimizing and enhancing their Workday platform. You'll collaborate closely with HR teams to streamline processes, solve technical challenges, and lead system improvements, all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The position is hybrid remote - 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

Salary is up $112,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Your Role:

• Configure and manage various Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Talent, and Reporting.
• Act as the go-to resource for Tier 1 and 2 HRIS technical support.
• Partner with HR teams to identify inefficiencies and provide scalable solutions for system enhancements.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, handling queries, troubleshooting, and ensuring best practices.
• Lead initiatives to configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Create, deliver, and maintain Workday reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders..
• Collaborate with other technical teams to test and support integrations with external systems.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Workday in a dynamic environment, including system design and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting features and core connectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SCRUM or Agile methodologies is a bonus.
• Familiarity with external system integration processes is a plus.
