Job DescriptionThe HR Care Center Specialists supports HR Care Center tools, processes, and analysis. The HR Care Center Specialist is responsible for standard and exception back-office work, case data trend analysis and insights, executive escalations, and process updates in collaboration with team leads. This role collaborates with Care Center leaders and advisors to provide information and resources needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities - Documents HR Care Center processes and conducts regular content audits
- Collaborates with Team Leads to implement recommendations for process improvements
- Handles executive case escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Analyzes the customer experience, case handling and staffing under the guidance of the support supervisor to identify trends, areas of excellence and areas of improvement
- Participates in special projects
- Completes back office-work collaborating with HR partner teams when necessary
- May perform additional duties as assigned
