The Human Resource Associate is responsible for the execution of the human resources, scheduling and cash office functions. Responsibilities include associate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, performance, policy communication, and scheduling. - Responsible for ensuring Associate onboarding is executed proficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures I-9/ E-Verify and background check compliance - Supports and monitors the performance appraisal process and maintains personnel files - Ensures benefit administration and communication occurs in a timely manner - Assists with employee relations by witnessing associate coaching, counseling, submitting termination requests and administering exit interviews - Prepares, processes and meets weekly payroll deadlines.
