- Need to have worked with an Internal IT Group
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, with the ability to utilize technology for HR data management and reporting.
- They really need someone who was very familiar servicing an IT department
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of HR expertise, with a preference for proficiency in Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR team members to provide comprehensive support in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries and issues, offering guidance and solutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Contribute to the management of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during mergers and acquisitions, providing HR expertise and support throughout the process.
- Assist in the analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant and effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist role, with a demonstrated ability to handle various HR functions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Need to have worked with an Internal IT Group
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, with the ability to utilize technology for HR data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolve into an HR Business Partner role, demonstrating leadership potential and strategic thinking.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
