The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner develops, monitors, and coordinates HR policies and practices across multiple groups led by Vice Presidents and Global Directors, providing both strategic and tactical support to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives. This role provides guidance with hands-on execution, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Business Partner assists leadership in interpreting and applying HR policies, delivering best practice guidance, and supporting effective day-to-day HR operations to enable senior leadership to meet organizational goals. Background and Experience:Bachelors degree in related field. Five years of experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated knowledge of HR issues, employment laws, and company-specific HR procedures.
