In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the full range of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for retail, corporate, and warehouse roles, from job posting to onboarding
  • Conduct new hire orientations and oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience
  • Administer employee benefits and manage open enrollment, including employee communications and addressing questions
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR-related questions from employees
  • Support employee relations initiatives, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on performance management
  • Assist in the implementation of HRIS system (Paycom) updates, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support company events
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned
QualificationsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a retail, corporate, or warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems (experience with Paycom is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
