The HRIS Coordinator will also participate in various HRIS initiatives to help support business needs.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and process workflow transactions to ensure integrity of people data.Respond to HRIS help desk tickets and inquires sent to the HRIS mailbox.Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records.Create and maintain HRIS SOPs and end-user job aids.Complete data imports and mass updates to employee records and business rules.Perform security administration tasks such as unlocking accounts and resetting passwords to resolve access issues.Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and procedures.Monitor daily scheduled HRIS alerts and reports.Write, maintain, and run reports in support of business needs.Support with testing semi-annual UKG releases.Assist the HRIS manager and perform other duties as required based on business needs.Preferred Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or 1-2 years of HRIS or related HR experience isCompetencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)Strong attention to detail.Ability to evaluate problems, apply knowledge, and produce quick results.High level of responsiveness and strong customer service focus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Computer skills, technology troubleshooting, and familiarity in using a variety of technology applications.Experience with report writing is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.The anticipated hourly salary for this position in the US is $20 to $22. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
