How Agropur invests in YOU: Competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package focusing on your physical, financial, and emotional health to include the following perks as well as the standard benefit offerings: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance 401(k) with 7% company contributions 3 weeks Paid Time OffPaid holidays and 2 floating holidaysPaid parental leaveAdvancement OpportunitiesWhat's involved in this role: We are looking for a Human Resource Program Manager in Eden Prairie, MN.Lead major HR initiatives across the operations function, working closely with COE partners in Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics.Collaborate closely with COEs to integrate best practices and specialized business knowledge to HR programs.Provide targeted data and analytics according to HR Analytics framework and methodology.Implement regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data within assigned business.Develop and manage project milestones, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives critical to operational success.Capture and coordinate actions from HRBPs, streamlining communications and operating mechanisms and ensuring consistent HR service delivery across global HC Operations.What you need to join our team: Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital/Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent required.Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in program management, HRBP, or strategic planning roles.Experienced in matrix and manufacturing environments required.Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
