Job Title: HR Representative 1 Company: Bradford Health Services-Evolve Location: On-site in Knoxville TNHours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Reports To: HR Director - Outpatient ServicesAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Representative I to join our team in the Behavioral Health and Addiction Services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and employee relations for the Evolve division of Bradford Health Services. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current SHRM-CP certification or will be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience in the Behavioral Health and Addiction Services industry.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Skills:As a Human Resource Representative I, you will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to effectively assist with recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations, and maintain employee files. Your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment will be essential in providing support to the HR department. Additionally, your knowledge of HR policies and procedures will be utilized in assisting with employee relations issues and ensuring compliance. Preferred qualifications such as SHRM-CP certification, experience in the Behavioral Health and Addiction Services industry, and experience with HRIS systems will be beneficial in this role.
