ROLE PURPOSE This position provides confidential administrative and customer service support to the various functional areas of the Human Resources Department. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Performs general administrative duties such as copying, ordering/maintaining supplies, etc. Maintains confidential and sensitive employee records, to include ownership of the personnel file process, to include timely and ongoing maintenance of files with confidential documents for all employees - both electronic and paper. Responsible for a large variety of administrative tasks related to employee change events, such as: hires, status changes, terminations, etc. Responsibilities may include: Administering the background check and drug screen processes. Collecting new hire paperwork. Communicating changes to appropriate groups. Ensuring accuracy of employee data into multiple systems and programs by entering in updates in a timely manner. Maintains changes in the US Organization Chart E-Verify I-9 documentation. Responding to employment verifications. Processes applicable invoices. Maintains facility bulletin boards to ensure legal compliance and manages U.S. virtual compliance postings. Owns the record retention policy for the department and communicates applicable information to the team as needed. Assigns required training and follows-up if required to ensure compliance (i.e. EE Guide Acknowledgement, Harassment training, etc.). Runs reports from HRIS systems to compare and audit data, with a strong focus on attention to detail. Other duties as assigned. Salary Range $50,000-$57,000 Full benefits include 3 Medical plan options (High, Medium, Low Deductible), LIfe Insurance, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, 9 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, vacation, sick time, adoption assistance, education assistance. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: Associate's degree in related field or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
