Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources Administrative Assistant
- Data Entry and information management within HRIS system
- Exceptional people skills
- Assign HR tickets to HR team members
- Manage HR calendars and meetings
- Translates any written or verbal communication as necessary
- Manage invoices
- Responds to calls, emails, and potential complaints daily
- Will work in a collaborative effort with others to problem solve and implement new actions
- Relay time sensitive materiel to other departments
- Fulfill general administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements for Human Resources Administrative Assistant:
- HRIS experience strongly preferred
- 1+ year experience in HR field strongly preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a professional office setting REQUIRED
- Proficient in Microsoft word, office, and excel
- Hunger for person growth and excellence
- Confident with typing, filling, and date entry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask
- Must retain discretion when working with confidential information
